Don Wright is a freelance writer and currently writes a weekly bowling column for the Killeen Daily Herald, Killeen, Texas. He also writes a monthly bowling column for the Dallas based Bowling News, Bowl Magazine, several Internet sites and has been published in the Bowlers Journal, America Bowler Magazine, YABA Xpress and the Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps Times.
Don is a retired Army Chief Warrant Officer and Vietnam veteran, having served
23 years as a special agent for the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command.
Don has been bowling over 50 years and has held office in many bowling
associations and leagues. He is a life member of the Killeen-Fort Hood
Bowling Association and is a member of the Bowling Writers Association
of America.
